Chris Mauth

Senior Property Manager

Chris joined Spectrum Properties in February, 2007 as a senior property manager.  He is responsible for the management of the BB&T Center, a 553,000 suare foot office tower in downtown Charlotte, NC.  Chris also oversees Spectrum Parking, a full-service parking company with operations in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.  Currently, he serves as the Treasurer for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jason E. Meyer

Director of Parking

Mr. Meyer joined Spectrum Parking in August, 2006 as Parking Director. He is currently responsible for the profitability and operation of three parking decks and one surface parking lot in Uptown Charlotte.  Mr. Meyer provides supervision and leadership to the operations manager, booth attendants and accounting personnel to ensure all parking transactions are handled in an effective and efficient manner. A graduate of Appalachian State University, Mr. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business.
