Darryl B. Dewberry

CEO

As CEO, Darryl Dewberry is responsible for playing a lead role in the different operations of the companies. He works with the team leaders to set strategy in each business unit, participates in project strategy meetings, and takes the lead in structuring project debt and equity placements. In addition, he works to conceptualize and design projects with our partners.

John M. Boylan

President, Spectrum Management Co.

John Boylan started his career with Spectrum in 1989. Hired as a marketing representative in Charlotte, he relocated to Winston-Salem in 1991 to begin Spectrum's presence in the Triad region. In February of 1997, he also assumed responsibilites for the Raleigh portfolio. In November of 2004, Mr. Boylan was named president of Spectrum Properties Management Company. He plays a lead role in the company's operations and is directly responsible for the leasing and management functions of the company.

Ted D. Lee

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Ted Lee is responsible for meeting the leasing goals of Spectrum's Charlotte portfolio. Ted oversees the Charlotte marketing representatives and is involved in all major lease transactions and strategy development for each project. Additionally, Ted is instrumental in ongoing brokerage assignments, including sales/dispositions and tenant representations, in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

Terry W. Finch

Director of Operations

Terry Finch specializes in the technical area of the real estate industry. He is responsible for directing the activities of our maintenance professionals at all properties and has the overall responsibility of the planning and operations of Spectrum Contract Services, the service arm of Spectrum Properties. He also provides technical expertise at the property level that regularly result in paybacks to the owners and/or lower operating costs at Spectrum-managed properties.

Patricia Wynne, CPM

Director of Property Management, Charlotte

Ms. Wynne worked for Spectrum as a Senior Property Manager from June 1989 until February 1996 and rejoined the firm in October, 2005. As Director of Property Management, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of Spectrum's Charlotte portfolio which currently consists of 3,199,839 square feet of commercial office space and six parking decks.

Nora Clark Neilson, CPM

Director of Property Management, Raleigh

Joining Spectrum in September of 1999, Ms. Clark is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of Spectrum's Raleigh portfolio. Before joining Spectrum, Ms. Clark was employed for the previous nine years as the General Manager for Carr America/Carr Real Estate Services located in Northern Virginia. She was responsible for the overall management and operation for mixed-use, multi-facility and commercial investment projects.

Jessica Brock

Senior Marketing Representative, Raleigh

As a senior marketing representative for Spectrum Properties, Jessica is responsible for the leasing and marketing of both downtown and suburban properties in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary/Research Triangle Park area. She is currently responsible for leasing over 1.3 million square feet of office space in eight buildings including Wachovia Capitol Center, Regency Lakeview, Glenwood Plaza and Colonnade II (currently under construction).
