Having joined Spectrum Properties in February of 2001 as its Controller, Mr. Reel was named Chief Financial Officer in 2008, where he has overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting and project financing for owned and managed projects of Spectrum and its affiliates.  He is an active participant in the design of each new project's reporting and project development cost processes, which we tailor to meet each client's individual needs.

Before joining Spectrum, Mr. Reel was employed as a division controller for three years by AAC Real Services, located in Charlotte, NC.  Prior to that, he was a Regional Accountant with ClubCorp for four years in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Reel is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned his B.A. degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
