As vice president of Spectrum Properties Residential (SPRI), Steve is responisible for the day-to-day operations of this entity.  The company specializes in the development and management of multi-family properties, including apartments, student housing, and condominiums.

Prior to joining Spectrum Properties, Steve worked as a commercial real estate broker for Cherry & Associates, a tenant representative firm in Charlotte, NC, and as an account executive for Erwin Penland.

Steve received his undergraduate degree in economics from Wake Forest University and holds a North Carolina broker license.  Steve currently serves on the board of First Book Charlotte, an international non-profit, and was a member of the 2008 Urban Land Institute fundraising committee.  Steve is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, U.S. Green Bulding Council, and theCharlotte Chamber of Commerce.
