Oversaw leasing activity which increased the value of the Carnegie Building in suburban Charlotte from $6.5 million to $13.5 million in eighteen months.
Successfully turned around the Wachovia Center (a 33-story uptown Charlotte office building of 580,000 SF) from 74% leased to 100% leased two years ahead of projections, and helped maximize the owners' profit potential upon the sale in late 1995.
Increased the leased occupancy in the 500,000 square foot Parkway Plaza office park in suburban Charlotte from 80% to 99% in less than 10 months.
Increased the occupancy at Vanguard Center in suburban Charlotte, consisting of 540,000 square feet in 13 buildings, from 62% to an all time high of 96% in less than 3 years.
Graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University; holds a North and South Carolina Broker's License and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
