Has overall responsibility for financial reporting, accounting and finance. Supervises the design of each new project's reporting process, which is tailored to meet each client's individual needs.

Actively participates in development, acquisition, refinancing, and disposition efforts on our clients' behalf.

Prior to joining Spectrum in 2000, was Senior Vice President of Finance with Resources for Senior Living, LLC, a Charlotte, NC senior care residence developer and operator.

Prior experience includes finance-related positions with Lincoln Property Company and audit positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Graduate of Siena College, BBA in Accounting; licensed real estate broker and certified public accountant; actively volunteers for the United Way and Habitat for Humanity; and is a coach for the Charlotte Youth Lacrosse Association.
