John is responsible for multifamily acquisitions, management, and dispositions at Spectrum.  He formed this division of the company in January, 2009.

John originally joined the Spectrum team in 2001 when Spectrum Properties residential, Inc. was formed.  This marked Spectrum's entry into the multifamily sector of the industry.  This company specialized in the development, acquisition and management of multifamily properties including apartments, student housing, and condominiums.  During his five-year tenure he was responsible for the development, management, disposition, and/or conversion to condominiums of each of Spectrum's assets.  In response to market conditions, all of this company's properties were sold prior to the end of 2006 when their values were at their maximum.
