Responsible for directing the activities of our maintenance professionals at all properties.
Provides technical expertise at the property level, via capital improvement recommendations, that regularly result in substantial paybacks to the owners and/or lower operating costs at Spectrum-managed properties.
Led or participated in the start up teams for over 20 new buildings totaling over 2 million square feet.
Under his supervision, the operating costs of Wachovia Center (a 580,000 SF office tower previously owned by one of our clients) decreased by $1.00/sq. ft. over five years.
Holds a North Carolina General Contractor's license as well as H-2 and H-3 mechanical licenses; is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties); active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
