Pat Emery is responsible for all of our commercial operations in the Nashville area (development, acquisitions, leasing, and management), as well as any surrounding cities.  His accomplishments with Crescent Resources prior to joining Spectrum include the following:

• Developed, constructed, leased, managed, and sold ten office buildings totaling over 1.5 million square feet of speculative Class A suburban office space in Cool Springs - Franklin, TN.
• Developed, constructed, leased, and managed four speculative warehouse buildings totaling over 1.2 million square feet in LaVergne, TN.
• Sold fifty acres of land to Nissan for their new Americas' Headquarters in Cool Springs - Franklin, TN.
• Leased and managed 1.4 million square feet of third party space.
• Planned, zoned, and permitted a 360 acre development in Cool Springs and a 240 acre development in LaVergne.

Mr. Emery attended the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Business Administration.  He is a member of ULI, the Transportation Management Association, a graduate of Leadership Nashville and Leadership Franklin.  Mr. Emery is a member of the Board of Directors of Avenue Bank.

In addition to his business accomplishments, Mr. Emery currently serves as the co-chair of Cumberland Region Tomorrow.  He has also served as a board member of the Crescendo, an assisted living facility for retired musicians.

Mr. Emery has served and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army and is a member in the General Society of Mayflower Descendents.
