Responsible for the overall planning and operations of Spectrum. Assists owners and Spectrum teams with (i) development of project strategies and market niches to maximize return on investment and (ii) implementing value-added capital improvements for properties to enhance their marketability and value.

Previously with Equitec Properties Company in Atlanta, where he was responsible for targeting, negotiating, and purchasing southeastern US income-producing properties. Prior to Equitec, he was Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions/ Dispositions, for Synco Properties of Charlotte.

Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia's honors program with a BBA degree in Finance, serves as a member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors and has been an active member of Habitat for Humanity.
