As a vice president for Spectrum Properties, Jessica is responsible for the overall leasing and marketing of both downtown and suburban properties in the Raleigh/Cary/
Research Triangle area. 

Jessica is currently responsible for the overall leasing of over 1.5 million square feet in suburban properties such as Colonnade II, Glenwood Plaza, Regency Lakeview, and 4700 Falls, as well as Wachovia Capitol Center, a downtown Raleigh, 544,000 square foot high-rise.

Jessica is a native of New Bern, NC and received her undergraduate degree in business administration from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997.  Prior to joining Spectrum Properties, she worked as a regional manager for a software company, and as a lumber broker for Weyerhaeuser Company.
