Brooks is responsible for leading the overall commercial property management division, while also playing a key leadership role in growing the management portfolio.  He is our point person with our owner clients on management matters.  He is on Spectrum's Leadership Team, participating in its strategic planning annually.  Mr. Boyd has over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in property management, leasing, and development.  Throughout his career, Mr. Boyd has developed and managed over 33 million square feet of commercial property across all product types in major markets throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. 

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Boyd enjoyed an 18 year career at Crescent Resources, LLC serving as Senior Vice President of the Property Management Division.  During his tenure at Crescent, Mr. Boyd was responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the division with offices in five Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states and industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments, including the creation of over 16 Property Owners Associations.

Mr. Boyd graduated from Augusta State University with a BBA degree in Business Administration.  He holds the designation of Certified Property manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has served as past President of the South Georgia Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
