Terry W. Finch

President

Terry Finch specializes in the technical area of the real estate industry. He is responsible for directing the activities of our team of professionals at all properties and has the overall responsibility for strategic planning and operations of Spectrum Contract Services. He also provides technical expertise at the property level, via capital improvement recommendations, that regularly results in paybacks to the owners and/or lower operating costs at Spectrum-managed properties.

Chuck Becknell

Vice President

Chuck Becknell joined Spectrum in 1988 and is a vice president for Spectrum Contract Services. In his role as vice president, he is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and management of our service technicians. In addition, he helps generate service business, prices our service contracts, and manages the overall maintenance operations.

Ricky Stilwell

Senior Project Manager

Ricky Stilwell joined Spectrum in 1988 and is a vice president for Spectrum Contract Services. In his role as vice president, he is responsible for all construction-related activities. This includes planning, coordinating, conducting and analyzing contractor bids; negotiating contracts; holding construction meetings throughout the construction process; and coordinating with the client through move-in and punch list completion.

Debbie Harrison

Senior Marketing Representative

Joining Spectrum in January, 2005, Debbie Harrison serves as the sales and marketing representative for Spectrum Contract Services. Ms. Harrison identifies, cultivates and establishes new clients for the company, working mainly with property, operations and facilities managers from Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

Patti Reynolds

Financial Manager

Patti Reynolds joined Spectrum in 1996 and is the financial manager for Spectrum Contract Services. In this role, Ms. Reynolds is responsible for the financial reporting, billing, collections, and financial analysis of each project and for the company overall.
